Mark your calendars for two exciting events. Dollar Energy Fund will once again host a Sporting Clay Challenge at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort Shooting Academy, as well as the annual Golf Classic at Quicksilver Golf Course, in the coming months.

The second annual Dollar Energy Fund Sporting Clay Challenge will be held Friday, May 20 at Nemacolin. The Challenge will begin at 10 a.m., but shooters should arrive for check-in and a light breakfast at 8:30 a.m. The day includes warm up and fun stations, safety training and equipment, 100 targets and ammunition, a shotgun for those who don’t own one, lunch and an awards presentation. A silent auction will be open to all attendees throughout the event. Individual tickets for the event are $200, a squad (4 shooters) is $800, and the lunch-only option is $40. You can register for this event today. Consider registering for both the Clay Challenge and the Golf Classic and save $50.

The annual Golf Classic will take place Friday, June 24, at Quicksilver  Golf Club in Midway, Pa. Golfers receive 18 holes on the award-winning course, a Bloody Mary Bar and breakfast, as well as lunch and an awards ceremony. Carts and a gift are included in your registration. Plan to arrive at 7 a.m. for check-in and breakfast, with a shotgun start at 8 a.m. Golfers can enjoy a silent auction and prizes throughout the event. Register yourself for $175, your foursome for $700 or register for lunch only for $40. As a special deal, you can register a team for the Golf Classic and the Sporting Clay Challenge and save $50.
