Dollar Energy Fund is pleased to announce that it has been selected as one of Pittsburgh’s Top Workplaces and was also recognized with a Top Workplaces Special Award as the #1 workplace for employees who feel that their benefits packages are good compared to others in the industry. The awards were presented during the 2014 Top Workplaces Reception, which was held at Heinz Field on Wednesday, October 1.  We are honored to have been selected for these awards, particularly as the judges were our employees!

The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback collected from a survey, which was conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. Dollar Energy Fund had an 80 percent response rate to the survey, which was performed in the spring.

A list of the best places to work in the region has been published today, October 2, as part of a special, “Pittsburgh’s Top Workplaces” supplement to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.  The entire Top Workplaces section can be viewed on the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette’s website. In addition to being included on the list, Dollar Energy Fund was featured in an article recognizing the organization’s special award for Top Benefits.
